Shipping Fees

Our shipping program is very simple and cost effective, and will help make your battery purchase very easy.
There are two shipping charges for a order, either $5 or $0(Free). You can buy one piece or 10 pcs(or more), and it is only a flat-rate charge of $5(via Ground). If the whole order is $39(or more), the shipping charge is Free.
This is it. There is NO handling charge or any other charges. We ship USA only.International shipping will be available later.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping services from USPS:

  • Ground(3-7 days)
  • Priority Mail(2-5 days)

We will usually ship your order within one business day of receiving your order and upon approval from the credit card company. We are located in South San Francisco, California.
The actual shipping time of your order will be one business day to process your order and prepare it for shipping. Thus, the actual arrival time of your package will be one day plus the shipping time. A business day is any day between Monday through Friday. If you place your order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. If your order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns

What happens if the products arrive damaged?
Contact us by e-mail (info@mybatterymart.com) to tell us the problem. Refer to our Return Policy below for more information.

What happens if you send the wrong products?
If you receive the wrong product, contact us by email (info@mybatterymart.com). Once we verify the mistake, we will issue a return authorization for you to return the products to us, we will then ship your order free of charge.

Can I send a product to someone as a gift?
Yes. Just put their address in the Ship-To address section and the product will be shipped to them.

Can I have products from one order sent to two different locations?
We currently do not support this feature. There is only one Ship-To address for each order. Please place a different order for each different location.

Can I return products to you?
Yes, you can return your order to us within 15 days after you receive it. The returned products must be in original new sealed condition. All products must be returned before breaking the factory-sealed carton. We will refund the full purchase price, less the shipping charges paid by you. Return the products to the shipping address provided in your original package(s).
Before you sent us the return products, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Contact us by email to receive this number. (Please insure the shipment, because we cannot issue you a refund unless we receive your return shipment. Therefore, if they are lost in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund unless it is insured.)
